Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Same-cadence upgrades take effect immediately after you review any prorated charge. Downgrades and every monthly/annual switch are scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period.
What happens if I reach my connected-listing limit?
Choose the next plan when you want to use Pick Up My Files delivery on more Etsy listings. You can still import your full Etsy catalog.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current paid billing period. A monthly plan runs through its current monthly period; an annual plan runs through its current annual period.
How do discounts work?
An eligible promotion shows its percentage, duration, discounted amount, and later base renewal during checkout. Promotions do not change plan features or listing limits.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not provide refunds or partial-period refunds except where required by applicable law. Review the Return Policy before checkout.
Where can I find invoices?
Paid sellers can view invoices and manage payment methods from Billing in the dashboard.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown during checkout.
